Yes I do think it would have a great effect on integration of Technology. I have wrote a series of Blogs on this as it relates to the Good to Great writings of Jim Collins. You can find these writings and other Educational Technology issuses at http://edtech-mi.blogspot.com I feel educational leadership is the largest keys to integration of technology seamlessly into student learning.
